Verle Glenn Christie

Verle Glenn Christie was born October 15, 1967 in Bellflower, California. He passed away on March 9, 2025 at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay, WI.

He was a funny guy and loved by many who knew him. He loved to sing and play his guitar and make everyone laugh. He also loved writing poetry and speaking about God; he wasn’t ashamed to speak the Word of God to anyone.

Verle is survived by his siblings: brother, Ronnie D. Christie from Phoenix, AZ; brother, John William Wicks from Taft, CA; sister, Diana April Beverley San Fillipo (Christie) from Copperas Cove, TX; brother, Christopher Dale Christie from Blair, NE; an aunt, Judy Easterling (Christie) from Akron, OH; numerous nephews and nieces, cousins, extended family and friends.

He preceded in death by his son, Christian Caleb Hawlish; father, Verle Christe Jr. and mother, April Dea Galbreath; grandfather, Verle Christie Sr.; grandmother, Anna Elmina Christie (Allen); grandfather, Glenn Allen Galbreath; grandmother, Beverley Arleen Galbreath (Boggs) and brother-in-law, Jason Timothy San Fillipo.
