Tauno "T.J." Poikonen, 51, passed away at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay Wisconsin on Monday, July 7, 2015 as a result of a massive stroke.
T.J. is survived by his Mother, Pat (Sam) LeBeau, Father, Don (Linda) Poikonen; brother, Joe (Paula) Ranchel; Stepbrother, Greg Mika and his beloved dog and best friend Rocky. His wonderful personality, generosity and happy disposition will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and anyone who was blessed to have him as a friend.
Our lives will be forever changed by the loss of T.J.'s life.
