Thomas Seering Sr.

Thomas Seering Sr., age 74, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully, Monday, April 13, 2026 at the Unity Hospice Residence, with his loving family at his side. He was born August 30, 1951 in Norway, MI, son of the late Robert and Rita (Belongea) Seering.

After graduating high school, Tom enlisted in the US Air Force, proudly serving his country until his honorable discharge in May of 1978. He spent his career working as a machine operator for Georgia Pacific, retiring after many years of employment.

Tom was united in marriage with Susan R. Acheson-Seering, June 2, 1998. She preceded him in death, March 5, 2014.

Thomas Sr. is survived by his children, Jessica (Shawn) Klaus and Thomas J. "TJ" (Jennifer) Seering Jr.; 4 grandchildren: Janet (Dom), Ashley (Jacob), Liam and Ryann; 5 great-grandchildren: Bradee, Carson, Emmy Lou, John and Matthew and 8 siblings: Bob (Maureen) Seering, Linda (Al) Mezzoni, Timm Seering, Deb DeWees, Mary (Bob) Bodmer, David (Lori) Seering, Barbara (Jeff) Van Essen and Michael (Kim) Seering. He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Sue, a sister, Patricia George and a brother-in-law, Mark DeWees.

Visitation will be held at Newcomer Chapel (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, WI), Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 1 to 4 PM. A memorial service will follow at 4 PM with full military honors.
