Scott J. Vanden Hoogen, age 63, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2026. He was born on February 4, 1962 to Clement and Margaret (Manning) Vanden Hoogen in Green Bay, WI.
Scott was an avid outdoorsman, regularly enjoying both hunting and fishing, the occasional round of golf, and watching his favorite teams; the Packers, and the Brewers. He was a licensed skydiver, participating in formation dives, and jumping come rain, snow or shine. He was a gifted handyman, and was especially proud of the jungle gym that he built for his children. He will be remembered for his intelligence, his larger than life personality, and the occasional sarcastic joke.
Scott is survived by his four loving children, Cory (Alicia) Vanden Hoogen, Nicole (Jory) Ayer, Lorissa (Tyler) Yoder, and Tyler (fiancée Caitlin Egan) Vanden Hoogen, and his grandchildren; Brooklyn Vanden Hoogen, Kanton Vanden Hoogen, Maxwell Ayer, and Cillian Yoder. He is further survived by his brother; James (Peg) Vanden Hoogen, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Clem and Peg, and his brothers, Mike and Jeff.
