Ronnie Daniel

Ronnie Daniel, age 70, of Oconto, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2026. He was born on November 25, 1955 to Fred Daniel and Ethelen Washington.

Ronnie was something else. He loved music and would turn on a good R&B hit like The Boys and Oran "Juice" Jones. Or his absolute favorite, Regulate by Warren G, and it'd always be at 5:30 AM everyday. Especially on school days and weekends to wake us up, and he'd sing and anyone that has heard him sing knew that he could not sing. He had a caring heart, and if we were struggling, he'd always be there to offer a place to stay. He had his own struggles, he worked through kids childhood as he battled with alcoholism.

Some of the best times are when he would take us kids fishing at Pamperin Park and go on the rides at Bay Beach. He never rode the rides, he would just watch us and hold our tickets. He loved spending time with family and friends, we went to cook outs, he enjoyed movies; especially Sci-Fi, Action, Thrillers films and also Cartoons like his favorite Thunder Cats. He gave all the kids nicknames, and called us by our nicknames so often he'd forget our actual names. He loved plants and keeping a clean house.

He loved his Mother and brothers and sisters, and the best times were holidays when they visited from Chicago.

I and my whole family and friends will miss You so much Dad. We love you so much.
