It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Ronald Detiege, who left us on November 19, 2025, at his home. Born on October 23, 1954, in Wisconsin, Ronald lived a life dedicated to both family and profession, making a lasting impact on those around him.

Ronald had a commendable career with Kohler Co., where he was known for his hard work and unwavering commitment to quality. After retiring he moved to the Riverview area of Wisconsin and volunteered as a firefighter with the Riverview fire department.

Above all, Ronald was a devoted family man. He is survived by his beloved wife, Karen Detiege, and their children, Steven Detiege (Tabatha), Tina Sackett, Robert Meyer, Brenda Meyer Bannon, Bonnie-Myles (Dave Wilson). Brothers and sisters Marilyn, Richard, Russ (Cindy) Donna, Julie (T.J.). 16 Grandchildren and 13 Great grands. Together, they created countless memories filled with love, laughter, and support. Ronald’s nurturing spirit and kind heart were gifts he shared generously with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Grace (Rowell) Detiege, who instilled in him the values of integrity, kindness, and hard work that he carried throughout his life; Sister Nancy Detiege, and Son Brian Meyer.

As we mourn the loss of Ronald Detiege, we also celebrate the legacy he leaves behind—a legacy of dedication, love, and an enduring spirit that will continue to resonate within the hearts of his loved ones. He will be deeply missed, but his memory will forever remain a cherished part of those who knew him.

Friends and family will gather at the Riverview fire department with a date to determined in late April .
