Robert Matthew Otradovec, 84, of Allouez, passed away on February 23, 2026.
He was born on November 18, 1941 to Anthony and Mavis (Holl) Otradovec in Green Bay. Upon graduating from Premontre High School in 1960, Robert attended both the University of Stevens Point and St. Norbert College majoring in Economics with a minor in Art. He would go on to own his own business, Quality Crown and Bridge Studio, for over 60 years. On February 24, 1962, he married Sharon Marie Hebel and enjoyed 64 years of wedding bliss.
Robert enjoyed fishing, hunting, painting, gardening, woodworking and traveling to his cabin in Canada. His fondest memories were spending time with his family and friends, especially “up north” in Peshtigo. He was a die hard Packer fan, season ticket holder (of course he was at the Ice Bowl!!!) and was never one to turn down an ice cold Pabst Blue Ribbon beer.
Robert was not an idle man, he always believed in buying his bananas green and saw the world through a glass that was always half full. He loved passing on his wisdom but was also a life-long learner. He taught every one of his children about good work ethics and he led by example. He was an amazing father, but also knew when to kick his kids in the pants when they needed it. He took pride in attending his children's and grandchildren's sporting events as well.
Robert is survived by his loving wife, Sharon; his children: Laura (Kurt) Piette, Lynn (Roger) Francois, Christine Otradovec (Terry Begg), Roberta (Ron) Davidson, William (Special friend, Jennifer Hnilicka) Otradovec and Brian (Michele) Otradovec; grandchildren: Mitchell (Kathryn), Natalie, Paige, Christopher, Anthony (Special friend, Gaby), Jonas, Sophie and Jackson; and great-grandchildren: Robbie, Vera, Ella Sue and Alita. He is further survived by his three sisters, Janet Matty, Cathy (Bob) Pavlik and Mary Otradovec, and their families; and further relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother-in-law, Dan Matty.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, Receptions, 340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, Wisconsin, 54301, from 2 until 5 PM.
