Richard C. Winter, 92, of Green Bay, departed this life on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Woodside Lutheran Home following a brief illness.
Richard was born on March 12, 1924 in Illinios, son of the late George and Minnie Winter. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. In his spare time he enjoyed Duck Hunting. He enjoyed following politics and loved a good debate. He also enjoyed animals.
His memory lives on with his children: David (Kathy) Winter of Arlington, TX, Dennis (Amy) Winter of De Pere, Mark Winter of De Pere, and Lisa (David) Melotte of New Franken, WI. He also leaves 7 grandchildren: Ashley, Jennifer, Sam, Nicole, Liz, Mitchell, and Jacob, along with 7 great grandchilden, and two more expected!
