Paulette Ann Johns-Brice

Paulette Ann (Paula) Johns-Brice, 59, of Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly on January 1, 2023 at home. She was born in Green Bay on January 8, 1963 to Joan (Gibbs) Swigert and Goodwin Johns.
Paula attended NWTC and worked in home care until recently when health challenges caused her to retire. Paula had a heart of gold and always considered others before herself. She loved going to estate sales and had a good eye for bargains. Her home was decorated with many of these finds with the result being a home that rivaled Home and Gardens. Paula was generous with her time and was always willing to help others out. Recently, she provided child care for her special buddy, Brodee and they formed a very special bond.
Paula will be deeply missed by her son, Justin (Kailyn) Schultz, her parents, Joan and Richard Swigert, her sister, Sheila Johns, her dog, Lulu, her sisters and brothers, Debbie (Jeff) Hart, Donna Comey, Mike (Susan) Swigert, and John Swigert as well as all of her aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Goodwin Johns, husband, Joseph Brice, and her domestic partner, Terry VandenLangenberg.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to her special friends, Laurie and Anna who were always there when she needed someone, and her neighbor, Dan who was always there to help her with lawn care and snow removal.
A memorial visitation will take place on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 from 4 pm - 6 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, WI) with a memorial service to follow at 6 pm.
