She was born on November 14, 1948 in McCloud, OK to the late Levi & Elizabeth Montgomery.
Patsy worked for the State of Oklahoma inspecting nursing homes. She worked for AMS on nurse health line for 10 years.
Survivors include, husband, Jerry Ozburn; sons, Christopher Thaemes & Charles Davis and their spouses and children; and her siblings.
Friends may call from 5:00pm until 7:00pm on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay. A memorial service will be held at 7:00pm on Wednesday at the funeral home.
