Patricia J. Jenkins

Patricia J. Jenkins (87) of Green Bay, passed away peacefully Thursday, February 2, 2023 at the Jack and Engrid Meng Hospice Residence in De Pere, with family by her side. She was born on August 25, 1935, in Southwest Wisconsin, to William and Lelia Loy. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, and spent over 50 years as a teacher. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Green Bay, as well as Okeechobee, FL. She was a great wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. She loved spending her winters in Okeechobee, FL; swimming, riding her bicycle, and visiting with her many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Mike, who died April 29, 2011; one brother, and three sisters. She is survived by her three children; Bill (Shonna) Jenkins of Florida; Jeri Lyn Kirchner of Green Bay; Jon (Naomi) Jenkins of Green Bay; seven grandchildren, Crystal (Steven) Cartagena, Isaac Jenkins, and Stormy Jenkins of FL; Jacob Kirchner, Jessica Kirchner, Andrew Jenkins and Lucy Jenkins of Green Bay, Wisconsin. Three great-grandsons; Leo, Samuel, Roman Wilmet of Green Bay, Wisconsin; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Friends and family may visit at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, Receptions, 340 S. Monroe Ave, on Friday, May 12, 2023 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm with a Memorial Service to follow at 2:00 pm with Pastor David Kallas officiating.
