Patricia J. Evans, 87, of Green Bay, passed away on May 22, 2026. She was born on April 3, 1939 to Thomas and Blanche (Pedlar) Evans in Highland Park, MI.

Pat graduated from Green Bay East High School. She began working at Northwest Engineering in 1968, working her way up to Payroll Supervisor until they closed their doors in 1990. She then worked at Stock Lumber as a Payroll Administrator from 1991 until her retirement.

Pat married Edward Winney on July 1, 1961. They were blessed with their three sons, David, Todd and Scott before they decided to go their separate ways.

Pat enjoyed ballroom dancing and traveling with her longtime friend and partner, Ronald Hakes Jr. Pat was also an avid bowler and participated in a local league. As a side hobby, she enjoyed sewing and creating her own pieces including wedding dresses and clothing for her sons. Pat was a butterfly enthusiast and enjoyed decorating her home with them.

She is survived by her sons: David (Joanne) Winney of Valdez, Alaska, Todd (Brenda) Winney of Green Bay, WI, and Scott (Dawn) Winney of Green Bay, WI; her grandchildren: Clarissa (David) Detrie, Matthew (Alejandra) Winney, Michelle (Eric) Kopier, Bradley (Dipal) Eau Claire, Brier Winney, and Olivia Kolker; her great-grandchildren: Ellowyn, Anderson, Woodson, Rinella, Grace, Archer, Alexis and Easton and her brothers, Tom Evans Jr. and Robert Evans.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

The family would like to express their gratitude to St. Croix Hospice for their exceptional care and support.

A private service for Patricia's family was held. She will be laid to rest at Fort Howard Memorial Park.
