Michael Robert Thoms

Michael (Mike) R. Thoms age 78, left us to meet the love of his life, the late Janice M. Thoms on October 1, 2025. He was the son of the late Charles and Patricia (Jackson) Thoms.

Mike grew up Milwaukee and worked hard all his life. He proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corp. He was an apprentice and journeyman for Schlitz brewery. He then went on the get his license in insurance for Blue Cross Blue Shield. Then transitioned into a business agent for the Teamsters. He and Jan traveled the world and made lasting memories.

Mike is survived by two children, Michelle and Scott, two step children, Kathleen (David) Nichols and Theresa (Steven) Evans. Mike is further survived by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and good friends, John St. Clair and Debbie Phillips and her son.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife, Jan, his sister, Judy, brother, Steve and stepson, Tim.

As is Mike’s wishes, no funeral service will be held.
