Mahwaew Michael-Gordon Doxtator passed away on December 11, 2025. He was born on November 21, 2025 the son of Wayenisliyoste "Neecie" Powless and Michael Doxtator. He is survived by his siblings: Miley, Daysen, Ximenah, Nalani, Teho, Elianna, Tolas, Zariah, and Sonny; maternal grandparents: Cheyenne Brown and Wilfred Cloud, maternal great-grandparents: Georgia and Jamie Pocan, great-great-grandmother, Dorothy Ninham, special great-great-aunt, Mildred Doxtator, aunts and uncles: Quanah and Marcella Pocan, Sergio and Autumn Pocan, Devin, Alana, and Junior Metoxen, and Edward Putnam; further survived by great-aunts and uncles: Geronimo and Michelle Powless, Vincent and Linda Powless, Cheryl and Dale Powless, Gina Powless, Sonny Peters. Special aunt and uncle: Jessica and Gordon "Little Bear" Williams, and special aunt: Holly Moore.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents: Gordon Stick and Sherena Doxtator, paternal great-grandmother, Janice Doxtator, paternal great-great-grandmother, Ella Besaw, paternal great-great-grandfather, Herbert Stick, maternal great-great-grandfather, Herbert Powless, maternal great-grandfather, Nathan Cloud, great-aunts: Wanda and Missy Peters, great-great uncle, Anthony Powless, great-uncle, Geronimo Pocan and great-aunts: Bonita Burns and Rhys Pocan.
Friends and family may visit at the home, W1802 Poplar Lane Seymour, WI on Saturday, December 13, 2025 from 5:00 pm with the fire remaining all night.
Native American Church services will begin Saturday evening at 9:00 pm; conducted by Vincent Powless.
Burial and Last Rites will take place on Sunday at 10:00 am at Oneida Sacred Burial Grounds conducted by Bob Brown, with a meal to follow.
