Louise Adele Lowery, age 77, a lifelong resident of Green Bay, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, September 24, 2025. She was born on May 8, 1948, in Green Bay, to Harvey E. Andersen and Doris A. (Taylor) Andersen. She attended West High School, graduating with the Class of 1966. She married Neal Lowery in 1969, and had two sons, Chad Lowery, of Little Suamico, and Corey Lowery, of Antigo, Wisconsin.
Louise worked for Nels Davies Dental Lab after high school, Elmore Elementary as a noon supervisor and library assistant, Van’s Fire and Safety, and Wisconsin Jobs Office.
She enjoyed watching movies and going out for lunch with her high school gang, taking care of her dog(s), and making a point to view every Packer flyover. She was an avid fan of The Voice, Dancing with the Stars, and Survivor.
Louise, “Weeze” Lowery is survived by her sons, Chad (Michelle) Lowery and Corey Lowery and her grandchildren: Garrett Lowery, McKenna Lowery, Jonathon Lowery, and Coriana Lowery. Brothers, Curt (Linda) Andersen, Craig Andersen, sister-in-law, Carole Andersen, and nephews and nieces: Barry and Bryan Andersen, Julie and Craig Andersen, Sheri, Gregg, and Lisa Andersen.
She was pre-deceased by her father, Harvey E. Andersen, mother, Doris Andersen, her brothers: Harvey T. Andersen, William G. Andersen, and Lawrence K. Andersen, aka “Spike,” her sister-in-law, Kathleen “Queenie” (King) Andersen.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Townline Pub & Grill, 2544 Lineville Road, Green Bay, WI 54313. Final resting place will be Fort Howard Memorial Park.
