LaVerne M. Lasee

LaVerne M. Lasee, 96, of De Pere and Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Leaving behind cherished memories, LaVerne passed from this world into the light of the Lord on August 25, 2026, after a decades long battle with Alzheimer's.

She was born in 1929, to Frank Deneys and Mary (Christens) Deneys-Morrow. LaVerne graduated from Green Bay West High School and later married Raymond Lasee. They lived in De Pere and had one son, Jeffrey (Kathleen) of Green Bay.

LaVerne centered and devoted her life to the Lord and family. She spent her entire life giving of herself and helping others find enjoyment and success in their own lives. Genuine love and support, given so freely that it is still remembered and appreciated by many to this day. Whether it was little outings, trips to the cottage, sunny afternoons on the boat, a little help getting a job or a new car or simply a gift or a hand me down at a time in life when it was needed the most. Her unconditional love and support was felt by all that knew her as her only desire was to make life better for those around her.

LaVerne was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Lasee; her parents, Frank and Mary Deneys, her stepfather, George Morrow; her sisters: Marie Stencel, Irene Williquette, Beatrice Boutott, Evelyn Poels, and Milda Ness; a brother, Ronald Deneys; her brothers and sisters-in-law: Lawrence Williquette, Albert Boutott, Clarence Poels, and Raymond Stencil. She is survived by her son, Jeffrey Lasee, daughter-in-law Kathleen (Seal) Lasee, grandson, Connor Lasee, sister-in-law, Betty Deneys and many, many nieces and nephews.

Friends and family may call at St. Louis Catholic Church, N8726 County Line Road., Dyckesville, WI, Tuesday, September 1, 2026 from 9:30 am until 11:00 am with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00 am at the church. Private entombment will take place at Allouez Catholic Mausoleum.

LaVerne's family would like to express gratitude to the staff of Oak Park Place who gave her many years of dignity and compassionate, loving care of her in her time of need.
