It is with heavy hearts that we announce on January 9, 2024, at 7:25 PM, as Kerry John Carmody (60) passed away surrounded by his loving family.
Kerry was born on June 26, 1963, in Two Rivers, WI to Irene Cornils and John (Jack) Carmody. He graduated from Algoma High School where he was passionate about baseball. He then pursued owning his own business. Kerry was an individual who found joy in helping others at all costs. He cherished moments he spent hunting, fishing, and relished spending time with friends and family. He took pleasure in spending time on Washington Island, WI, where he found comfort and made countless memories.
Kerry is survived by his beloved wife Diane Carmody, two children Bryan (wife Lauren) Carmody and Lora (husband Brandon) Hein. Two grandchildren Bjorn Carmody (8) and Avalyn Hein (2). Mother Irene Cornils and stepmother Germaine Carmody.
He is also survived by his siblings Paula (Randy) Dvorak, Jayson (Michelle) Carmody, Jenene (Bruce) Behnke, Josh Carmody, Joe (Donna) Cornils, Jeff Cornils, Brenda (Kurt) Sweetman, Bonnie Brogan.
Proceeded by his parents stepdad Paul Cornils and John (Jack) Carmody. As well as his grandparents Cliff and Mildred Gunnlaugsson and Henry and Bernice Carmody.
A private celebration of Kerry's life will be held in the spring in memory of him.
