Katie Elizabeth Wauters

Katie Elizabeth Wauters, 48, of Green Bay, Wisconsin, passed away September 25, 2026, after a brief illness. She was born October 24, 1977, in Waterloo, Iowa, to Kelli Hunter and Gary Miller. Katie graduated from Ashwaubenon High School with the class of 1996. 

Katie cared deeply for those around her and showed it in her own way, especially by listening when someone needed to talk. She enjoyed thrifting for clothes and furniture. She loved Betty Boop, Marilyn Monroe, and sunflowers. Katie also liked sitting on her porch, where she spent time talking with family and friends. 

Katie is survived by her father, Gary Miller; her children, Seth Wauters, Max Wauters, and Ethan Miller; and her grandchild, Taylor Wauters. She was preceded in death by her mother, Kelli Hunter. 

A celebration of Katie's life will be held at a later date. Details will be shared when available.
