Kathleen "Kathy" Anne Hujet

Kathleen "Kathy" Anne Hujet, 71, of Oconto Falls, passed away on May 18, 2025 peacefully surrounded by her family.

She was born on June 4, 1953 to Willard and Patricia (Hickey) Ferron in Green Bay.

Kathy worked at Packerland Packing and after worked as a caregiver until retirement. She loved going up North, sitting by the fire, soaking up the sunshine, attending church picnics and county fairs, going to Bingo with her friends, and most of all spending time with her grandkids. Kathy loved going to Door County and taking trips to new places. She was also a Head coach for the Oconto County Special Olympics for many years.

Kathy is survived by her 3 children: Eric (Chrissy) Hujet, Kurt (Kayla) Hujet, and Jill (Dustin) Watts; 8 grandchildren: Faith, Hope, Brayden, Mary, Jonathan, Hailee, Hannah, and Jaxson; 1 great granddaughter, Blakelee and 1 on the way, Brooklynn. Kathy is further survived by her brother, Bill (Patti) Ferron, and sister, Tina (Jim) Willison. She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 siblings: Jane, Craig, Linda, and Denise, and 1 granddaughter, Grace.

The family would like to thank the nurses and CNA's at Meadowbrook Nursing Home for their care and compassion of Kathy. She knew she was loved by the entire staff!

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 29, 2025, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 340 S. Monroe Ave. Green Bay.
