Karren L. Marchand

Karren L. Marchand, 82, of Dykesville, passed away peacefully on September 16, 2026. Karren was born on November 27, 1943 to James and Barbara Chambers in Boston, MA.

Karren married David Marchand and together they shared a beautiful life on the Bay, enjoying sunsets with their beloved pets. Together, they enjoyed taking snowmobiling trips to Michigan.

Karren was very passionate about her travel during her involvement in Learning in Retirement at UW-GB. She enjoyed crafting and expressing her creativity through ceramics and jewlery making.

Karren is survived by her children: Rick (Dede) Koebel and Derek (Mayra) Koebel; her step-children: Richard Marchand, Barbara Tallaferro, Brian (Becky) Marchand; her grandchildren: Diera (Alex), Xandria (Sam), Jeremey, Keyona, Logan, and Tanner; her great-grandchildren; and her siblings: Jeff Chambers and Gail Foster. She is further survived by her close friend, Debbie Phillips.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, David Marchand; and her sister, Jan Florida.

A Celebration of Life for Karren will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026 from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home (340 S. Monroe Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301).
