Judy Ann Horstketter, 66, of Green Bay, passed away on December 9, 2025, after battling with many medical issues for years.
She was born on December 7, 1959, to Walter and Joan (Hendzel) Horstketter in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
Judy enjoyed playing bingo and going to the casino. She had a lifelong hobby of collecting unicorns and was like a 2nd mother to her nephew, Corry and niece, Britney.
Judy is survived by her siblings: Jeff (Therese) Horstketter, Jane (Greg) Lambrecht, brother-in-law, David Andrews, Joseph (Mary Popp) Horstketter and John Horstketter (Ann Jeske); and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncle and further relatives.
She was preceded in death by both her parents, Walter and Joan; sister, Joni Andrews; and sister-in-law, Theresa Horstketter.
A Funeral Service for Judy will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 5 PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, Receptions, 340 S. Monroe Ave, Green Bay, Wisconsin. A time for family and friends to visit with the family and pay respects will begin at 3 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
The family would like to extend a Thank You to the staff on the 8th floor at Bellin Hospital and the staff at Unity Hospice.
