John Felix Schultz, Jr.

John Felix Schultz, Jr., 56, of Green Bay, passed away on July 23, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family.

He was born on July 30, 1968 to John and Patricia (Sturzl) Schultz in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

John was a loving husband and father. He was extremely passionate about football and his time in the United States Army. He loved to play Roblox with his younger son and loved to talk about the NFL draft year round with his older son. He was very passionate about listening to his favorite podcast, Packerfan Total Access (or PTA) hosted by Clayton and "others". He loved to call his parents at exactly 7:00 P.M. on Thursdays. His favorite drink was Jim Beam (Black) with a coke - in his honor, please have a strong one for him.

On July 4, 2004, he married Angel Rochelle Coombes. They met online, talked for six months and all it took was one date in person for them to get married the next day. They shared 21 wonderful years together.

John is survived by his loving wife, Angel; children: Brooke (Sam Perez) Schultz, Dylan (Winnie Pearson) Schultz and Michael Schultz; grandchild, Victor MacDonald; his parents; siblings: Mary (Brad) Hoelter and Steve (Patience Caso) Schultz; niece (Goddaughter), Grace Hoelter; and nephew, Jack Hoelter.

He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.

A Celebration of Life will be held on August 13, 2025, from 10:00 am until 12:00 NOON at A Gathering For You, 822 Cormier Rd, Green Bay, WI 54304. After the gathering, burial will take place at 2:00 pm at Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, N 2665, County Rd QQ, Waupaca, WI 54981, with the time also to be determined. Military Honors will be held at the burial.
