John "Jack" J. Borowitz

John "Jack" J. Borowitz, 73, of Athelstane, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2026. He was born on January 20, 1953 to Joseph and Margaret (Champeau) Borowitz.

Jack is survived by his loving dog, Charlie; his sons: Edward Borowitz, Joseph (Katie) Borowitz and their three children: Alivia, Boe, and Otto, and Terry Van Hoosen and his daughter, Kayla Van Hoosen. He is further survived by siblings, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Bonnie; his two sisters, Sandra and Jean.

A Celebration of Jack's Life will be held at a later date.
