Jim Tegtmeyer, age 61, of Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly at his home, Wednesday, December 3, 2025. He was born in Libertyville, IL, October 29, 1964, son of the late William and Judith (Gregory) Tegtmeyer and was a graduate of Libertyville High School, Class of 1982.
After graduation, Jim enrolled in Triton Technical College, where he trained in graphic arts. Jim welcomed two children, Scott and Leah, in Stillman Valley, IL. He relocated to Oregon, IL and Kiley joined the family.
In 2012, Jim moved to Green Bay, WI, as a proud Bears fan, where he resided currently. While living in Green Bay, Jim started his business, Skyone CNC, with his best friend, Mike LeRoy. He recently was working for Professional Fabrications, Inc., where he formed lasting friendships with his coworkers.
Jim was passionate about racing. He was heavily involved in off-road racing in Crandon and enjoyed racing RC cars. Attending live concerts was one of his greatest past times.
