Jennifer M. Frakes

Jennifer M. Frakes, 35, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully on September 16, 2026, at home, surrounded by the love of her mother and father.

Jennifer was born on May 26, 1991, in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and was a graduate of Preble High School. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life—shopping with her mother and friends, going to movies and lunches, and spending time talking on the phone with her beloved Aunt Karen. Jennifer shared a special bond with her aunts, who held a very special place in her heart.

Jennifer had a passion for television game shows. She had an incredible memory and delighted in knowing the answers to many of the questions. She also cherished her summers at Camp Wawbeek in Wisconsin Dells, where she made many wonderful friends and treasured the time she spent there.

Jennifer had the most beautiful and sincere smile, and her laughter always came from the heart. She was strong, kind, and generous to a fault, always thinking of others and looking for ways to make a difference. She made many donations to organizations supporting people with disabilities, including Toys for Tots. Christmas was her favorite time of year. She especially loved choosing angels from the Angel Trees and searching for the gifts that would bring joy to the children whose wishes were written on them.

One of Jennifer’s greatest loves was her sweet dog, Mandy, whom she affectionately called her “little sister.” Their bond was a special one and brought Jennifer much happiness and companionship.

Jennifer will be remembered for her beautiful smile, heartfelt laughter, generous spirit, and the love she so freely gave to those around her. She touched many lives simply by being herself and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

She is survived by her loving mother, Patty and father, Ken; aunts and uncles: Karen (Frank), Denise (Joe), Debbie, and Jim (Lynn); and cousins: Nick (Kristi), Hailey, and Brad. She is further survived by other aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Jim and Connie Benz; grandmother, Bebe Frakes; her aunt Debbie's significant other, Robin Rosio, who Jennifer considered an uncle; and her beloved dog, Mandy.

Out of respect for Jennifer's wishes, the family will hold a private gathering at a later date. 

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Bristol Hospice for the care and compassion they showed to Jennifer and her family.

In lieu of flowers, during Christmas think of Jennifer and pick an Angel off the Angel Tree or donate a toy for Toys for Tots. 

Although Jennifer’s passing has broken the hearts of those who loved her, we find comfort in knowing that she is no longer suffering and is finally free from pain. We trust that God called her home to a place of peace and that she is now resting in His loving arms. They say God takes the best, and we know Jennifer was truly one of the best.

Until we meet again, Jennifer, rest peacefully. You will be forever loved, forever remembered, and forever missed.
