Jeffrey J. Lingl

Jeffrey Joseph Lingl, 74, passed away and went to heaven on April 21, 2026. Jeff was born on September 7, 1951. He was the fourth child of eight, born to Peter and Barbara Lingl.

Jeff resided in Green Bay most of his life. In 2010, he bought a home and moved to Shawano, WI. Jeff attended both Abbot Pennings High School in De Pere and West High School in Green Bay. Jeff was a proud union member at Omni Paint and Glass and at HJ Martin & Sons. He retired while working for Ron Verhag painting, also as a union member.

Jeff's interests included being a well rounded traveler to many of the US states and also to Australia, The Netherlands, and Jamaica. He had a large interest in old VWs, especially with his own 1960 VW van. He was also an avid Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers and Wisconsin Badgers fan. Jeff also loved his trusted canine companions, Mutt #1 and Mutt #2.

Jeff is survived by his siblings: Kathleen Ambrose, James (Candy) Lingl, Robert (Regina) Lingl, Donald Lingl, Patricia (Rick) Teich and Paul Lingl. Jeff is further survived by many nieces, nephews, and special friends Marcia Peeters and Kathy Bushmaker.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Barbara Lingl and his brother, Pete Lingl.
