It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Jacqueline Fowles, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Jackie passed away peacefully at home on November 1, 2025. Born on January 29th, 1963, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Lyle Fowles and Margaret (Finch) Fowles. Jackie was a light in the lives of everyone who knew her. She loved nothing more than spending time with her family, creating memories filled with laughter, love, and warmth.
From a young age, Jackie had a creative spirit - she played the violin as a child, and as she grew older, she found joy in gardening and caring for animals, nurturing everything around her with patience and love. Jackie was an advocate for finding animals loving homes.
Jackie shared a beautiful life with her devoted husband, Tom Fowles, whom she married on May 17th, 2003. Together, they built a home filled with love, strength, and lasting memories.
Jackie is also survived by her brothers: Rick Fowles and Nick Fowles; her children: Natasha Peeters, Tanya Peeters, and Natalie Peeters, Miles Heisler, Tiffany Heisler, and Alex Heisler; and her 17 beautiful grandchildren, who were the joy of her life. She is further survived by her sisters, Catina Fowles and Shannon Kleinke. She was preceded in death by her parents, her grandparents, and her brother, Michael Fowles.
Jackie’s love, kindness, and gentle spirit will live on forever in the hearts of all who knew her.
Family and friends are welcome to gather for Visitation on Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 12:00 PM (NOON) - 3:00 PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (340 S. Monroe Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301). A Funeral Ceremony will take place immediately following at 3:00 PM. Jackie will be laid to rest in Graceland Cemetery, Clintonville.
