Irene S. Ehlert

Irene S. Ehlert, age 66, passed away on Friday November 25, 2022 at her home with her family by her side. She was born on October 7, 1956 in Rhinelander, WI the daughter of the late Irene (Worden) and Robert McNabb. Irene was united in marriage on June 1, 1974 to Jeffrey Ehlert at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Seymour, WI.

Irene is survived by her husband, Jeff, three children: Gary (Sarah) Ehlert of Peshtigo, Bridget Ehlert of Oshkosh, and Jessica Ehlert of Green Bay; five grandchildren: Eian (Nicole) Ehlert, Aaron (Rabecca) Ehlert, Kameron Graczyk, Dakota Peterson, and Meriah Ehlert; four great-grandchildren: Carter, Isabella, Tinsley, and Reya; seven siblings: Bill (Malinda) McNabb of Florida, Delilah Baker of Florida, Charles (Debra) McNabb of Clintonville, WI; Anna Marie Orona of Denver, CO; Barbara McNabb of Oconto Falls, WI; Billie Jean (Quinn) Black of Idaho, and Jean (Craig) Harry of Denver, CO; two sisters-in-law, Dahrl (Norman) Stingle and Janet (Patrick) Krohlow; she is further survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Paul Allen Ehlert, Sister, Joan Marie McNabb, and brother-in-law, Curtis Ehlert.

Irene's wishes were to be cremated and no services will be held. When you think of Irene, remember the good times and keep sharing them with the family.

She loved raising her children, being with family and friends, she worked part time jobs and volunteering at Bellin Hospital specifically the cardiac unit.
