Ingeborg "Inga" Neff

Ingeborg "Inga" Neff, 86, of Manitowoc, passed away peacefully on August 25, 2026. She was born on December 16, 1939 in Germany.

In 1965, she married Gordon Neff of Eagle River, WI, when he was stationed in Germany while serving in the United States Army. The couple was blessed with two children; Alfred "Al" Neff, and Barbara (Fran) Wilson, a granddaughter; Kristine (Jonathan) Rose, and 2 great-grandchildren; Alexis "Lexi" Rose, and Evelyn "Evvy" Rose. Inga is further survived by her brother; Rudi and his wife Gabby, and their two daughters and their children.

She was preceded in death by Gordon, her parents, and some of her siblings.

Visitation will be held Sunday, August 30, 2026 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home (340 S. Monroe Ave.). With her Funeral Service to follow at 4:00 PM. She will later be buried at Nicolet Memorial Garden.
