Francis C. Hootman, age 85, of Green Bay, passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2017.
He was born on February 16, 1932, to the late Kenneth & Eva (Boughner) Hootman.
He married Carol J. Sanderson on January 15, 1951, in Fairfield, IA. She preceded him in death in 1987.
"Hoot" worked as a dental equipment salesperson, retiring from Saslow Dental.
Survivors include his son, Kenneth (Janet) Hootman of Davenport; grandson, Kenneth "Casey" Hootman; great-grandsons, Nile, Sammy and Alexander; brother, Charles "Sonny" Hootman; sister, Rose Mary Rambo.
Private burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Green Bay.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Unity Hospice and Pat & Dolly Odell for their care and support.
