Felicia McClinton, 59, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully with her daughter and sister-in-law Tina by her side on March 27, 2026. Felicia McClinton was born to Mack McClinton Jr & Mattie McClinton on July 7th 1966 in Chicago, IL Felicia was the 3rd child born to this union. She confessed her hope in Christ at the age of 9 years old at Union Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late pastor James Moore where she sang in the choir.

At the age of 19, Felicia gave birth to a beautiful son, Anthony DeAngelo McClinton. While still singing in the choir, she met the love of her life, Tony Robinson Sr. (Deceased). They got married and birthed two additional beautiful children, Tony Robinson Jr. & Tina Marie Robinson. 

She later joined New Covenant Church under the leadership of Pastor Stephen Thurston where she continued to sing in the choir and do security ministry. Felicia later moved to Green Bay, WI where she joined the Divine Temple Church of God in Christ under the leadership of the late pastor Lesley Carroll Green. She served as an usher faithfully until her health failed. Felicia attended and graduated from Calhoun Elementary Grammar School & Austin Community High School. Felicia later attended college where she was awarded many accolades that stand as a testament to her hard work. To name a few of her awards; she received a certificate of Excellence awarded by Harry S Truman College and she also received a certificate of achievement award for the completion of a Humanity’s course at Bard College. Felicia had a sharp mind and an even sharper tongue. She was never one to shy away from speaking her truth. She was unafraid to stand her ground while bringing both humor and honesty into every conversation. 

Felicia was preceded in Death by one sister; Michelle McClinton; 2 brothers; Mack V McClinton & Terrell Gordon McClinton; 4 Grandparents: Bessie McClinton, Lillie B. Jackson, Mack McClinton Sr. & Albert Jackson Sr. Felicia, better known as “Fe-Fe” leaves to cherish her loving memories to her loving Mother, Mattie McClinton of Chicago, IL. Her loving Daughter and Sons; Tina Marie Robinson of Green Bay, WI, Anthony McClinton & Tony Robinson Jr of Chicago, IL. 4 Brothers; Terry Jackson (Laree) of Buffalo, NY, Dwight McClinton & Mack McClinton (Myra) of Chicago, IL & Hyram McClinton of Ohio 1 sister: Cheryl McClinton of Milwaukee, WI. 1 Aunt; Clara McClinton of Milwaukee, WI. 3 sisters by another mother; Valerie Gilmer, Teresa Turner, Tina Robinson (Revord), and a Host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and close Friends.

Family and friends may gather for Visitation on Saturday, April 4, 2026 from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions. A Funeral Ceremony for Felicia will follow immediately with Pastor Raymond Hillman officiating.
