Elizabeth Mae Bins

Elizabeth Mae Bins (nee Huff) found peace on Sunday, November 6, 2022 at the age of 90 years. Daughter of Comey and Ada Huff (nee Powless). Beloved mother of Coleen Bins and Jon Bins. Dear sister of Roy Huff. Honored grandmother of Stephenie (Brad) VanEvery. Devoted great- grandmother of Akacia Muscavitch, Frederick Muscavitch, Isabella VanEvery, Mya VanEvery and Emma VanEvery. Admired nieces and nephews Debbie, Dennis, Denise, Diane and many other family members will remember her. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents Comey and Ada Huff, Husband Emery Bins and brother Roy Huff. Elizabeth graduated from Nursing School in Springfield Illinois. She began her nursing career proudly working for Doctors Guthrie and Hammes, St. Vincents Hospital and retired from Oddfellows nursing home. Elizabeth traveled to Europe, enjoyed winters in Arizona, and summers in Door County. Her family meant everything to her. She enjoyed doing everything she could for her children and grandchildren, including sewing them festive holiday outfits and making sure they had ceremonial clothing when requested. Spent many hours overseeing her daughter's store, and will be missed by all those who were blessed to meet her.
