Duane J. Rollin, age 67, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2026.
He was born on July 16, 1959 to Marvin and Viola (Crevier) Rollin in Green Bay, WI. He was the third oldest of 9 children. He and his siblings grew up on the Family Farm in Luxemburg where Duane first found his love for farming and nature. He had a passion for working with the dairy cows, relaxing in the farm fields, and creating great stories to tell in the future. Duane, his Dad, his brothers, and many other family members, each built their own Go-Kart that they raced on the dirt track at the farm. Duane was a graduate of Luxemburg-Casco High School in 1978, during which time he was very involved in FFA, furthering his love for the farm, and the outdoors. Over the years, he wore many hats, including a construction worker, a sheriffs deputy, and as an entrepreneur starting his own organic pest control business.
Duane was blessed to have three children through his first marriage that he loved dearly. Family meant everything to him, whether it was building tree stands for hunting, family gatherings, making firewood, or making maple syrup with his dad. He truly lived for each and everyone in his family. Duane was fortunate that he later found the love of his life, Patti Pierquet, and the couple was united in marriage on June 13, 2015. Together they built a relationship upon their Christian faith, their humor, long drives through the country and a good game of Rummy 500. Duane had a deep love for all things outdoors, and could be found hunting, fishing, and golfing. He enjoyed getting to cheer on the Packers.
Duane is survived by his loving wife, Patti, his three children; Jason (Melissa) Rollin, Jennifer (Leonardo Hernandez) Rollin, and Kelli (Zach) Mayhew, his three step-children; Jonathon (Becky) Dzekute, Katherine (Brett) Bond, and Jennifer (Nathan) VandeHey. He and Patti shared 18 grandchildren; Evan, Alaina, Jonathan, Elizabeth, Jasmine, Oswaldo, Logan, Mikaela, Grant, Charlotte, Delaney, Genevieve, Gideon, Heather, Jayce, Xander, Camden, and Lyla. Duane is further survived by his mother, Viola Rollin, his siblings; Cheryl (Dean) Daul, Bob (Kathy) Rollin, Dale (Patti) Rollin, Alan (Brenda) Rollin, Tim (Gail) Rollin, Mike (Lynn) Rollin, and Anne (Ken) Edgar, his sister-in-law, Jacqueline Anderson, and Patti's siblings; Dick Pierquet, Mary (Paul) Farley, Tom (Vickie) Pierquet, Judi (Paul) Anderle, Sue (Tom) Hermsen, Laura (Ken Meulemans) Felchlin, Louanne (Pete) Jensen and Beckie (David) Crisman, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Rollin, his brother, Kurt Rollin, and his nephew, Jonathan Rollin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay). With Memorial Service to follow at 3:00 pm.
Duane's Family would like to extend a special thank you to his many doctors through the Bellin Emplify Health System, and the folks at Century Ridge, for the care and compassion they showed Duane.
