Dennis Roger Forslund

Dennis Roger Forslund, 75, of Hobart, passed away on July 8, 2025.

He was born on July 29, 1949, to Michael P. and Bernice (Evancheck) Forslund in Marinette, Wisconsin. He graduated from Marinette High School in 1967, and shortly later enlisted in the United States Navy and served during Vietnam. He worked most of his life at Specialty Chem as a Pipe Fitter. On August 8, 1986, he married Cheryl Hebert. They shared 39 glorious years together.

He will be dearly missed, especially by his granddaughter, Michele, who affectionately called him "Denny the Dude".

Dennis is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl; his sons, Justin Konyn and Jordan (Kristi) Forslund; granddaughter, Michele; and nephew, Michael D. Forslund.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Michael C. Forslund.
