Darryel J. White

Darryel Jerome White, was born September 30, 1988 ,to the union of LaTrina Autry and Roosevelt Edwards in Bradenton, Florida.

His mother moved him to Milwaukee, Wisconsin at 2 months old, and they lived there until May 1992, when they joined LaTrina's Mom, Beverly Jackson, in Minneapolis, Minnesota,where they lived until 2002. At age 10, after hearing Reggie White preach at their church, Speak the Word, Darryel accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior, and told me, "I'm going to be a Pastor and a football player, just like Reggie White."

In June of 2002, the family, now including his sister, Phoeasha, and brother, Elijah, moved to Green Bay,Wisconsin, where he attended Franklin Middle School and then West High School. He proudly graduated in 2007. Darryel loved sports, and kept himself busy by playing on both football and basketball teams while at West High. After graduation, he attended NWTC and had a variety of jobs, including working as a cook and bartender.

His proudest moment is when he became a father to his only child, Krystara Joell. Darryel was a very compassionate, understanding and good friend to everyone he encountered, and was also the life of the party.

Sadly he departed from our world on May 12th, 2026, and he is greatly missed!

He leaves to cherish his memory, his father, Roosevelt Edwards of Bradenton, Florida; his mother, LaTrina Autry; sister, Phoeasha Wilson; brother, Elijah Golman; grandmother, Beverly Jackson; Aunt Autumn,(Bomani) Hooper,all in Appleton, Wisconsin; Uncle Sean Autry,(Neenah); his beautiful daughter, Krystara; and a large family of great aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held for him on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 6 PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, Receptions, 340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, Wisconsin, 54301. A showing for friends and family will begin at 4 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
