Darlene Sadler

Darlene M. Sadler, 91, of Green Bay, passed away, Monday, March 13, 2023, after a brief illness. She was the daughter of the late William and Esther (Vorpahl) Prue. She graduated from Green Bay West High School in 1950. Darlene married Harry Sadler, June 11, 1955 in Green Bay, where the couple made their home. Prior to her retirement from Diana Manufacturing, Darlene was employed by Straubel Paper, Alwin Manufacturing and The Kendall Company.

In 1967, Darlene earned her private pilot's license from Green Bay Aviation.

Darlene is survived by her daughter, Karen (Vern) Wisniewski, son, David (Lynn) Sadler of Carmel, IN, brother-in-law, William (Sharon) Sadler, sister, Iris Bush of Battle Creek, MI and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, 5 brothers and 3 sisters.

Friends and family may visit at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, Receptions, 340 S. Monroe Ave on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, a donation to the Humane Society be made in Darlene's name.

The Sadler family wishes to thank the members of Unity Hospice, especially Sam and Christine, for their care and concern for Darlene during her illness.
