Daniel J. Murphy

Daniel "Dan" J. Murphy, 74, of Green Bay, WI passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family on Friday, May 6th, 2022. He was born on September 7th, 1947 to the late Maurice and Agnes (Taylor) Murphy.
Dan enlisted into the United States Marine Corps where he proudly served his country for two years spending 13 months in Vietnam.
On May 21st, 1998 Dan married Pat Przewrocki.
Dan is survived by his loving wife of 24 years Pat; sons Brad Murphy (special friend Lori) and Bryan and Kelly Murphy; stepdaughter Jennifer (Wayne) Bettcher; grandchildren: Lance, Parker, Ryley, Abigail and Evah; brothers: Richard (Gloria) Murphy and Tim (Holly) Murphy; sisters Lynne Murphy and Christine Murphy; along with nieces, nephews and friends.
Along with his parents, Dan is preceded in death by his brother Jeff Murphy.
Visitation for Dan will be held on Thursday, May 12th, 2022 at Newcomer- Green Bay Chapel (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, WI 54301) from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. A Prayer Service will follow at 6:00 PM. Entombment will be at Allouez Catholic Cemetery & Chapel Mausoleum.
Special thank you to the caretakers and nurses of Unity Hospice for the care and compassion they gave to Dan and the family.
