Clara M. Lannet

Clara M. Lannet, 74, of Green Bay, passed away Tuesday, February 15, 2022, surrounded by family. She was born in Paynesville, MI, May 13, 1947 to the late Einar and Elsie (Pokela) Lannet.

Clara graduated from Ewen High School, Class of 1965. She later moved to Green Bay and met the love of her life, Carlton "Dick" Longsine. He preceded her in death, March 13, 2006. Clara worked at Northland Beauty Supply for many years. She recently retired from Pick 'n Save in 2017.

Clara enjoyed babysitting for her grandchildren and great-grandchild, Summer Jo.

Clara is survived by her daughter, Melissa (Scott) Martens; grandchildren: Nicholaus (Courtney) Lannet, Lucas (Kayla) Baldwin and Haley Martens; great-grandchildren: Carter and Summer Jo Baldwin and Autumn and Gaige Beck; siblings: Edward (Linda) Lannet, Judy Lannet, Doris Dallas, Ernie (Lisa) Lannet, John (Gail) Lannet and Kay (Dennis) Mayotte. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Along with her parents, Clara was preceded in death by her brothers, Kenny and Bobby Lannet and a brother-in law, Herb Dallas.

Visitation will be held at Newcomer-Green Bay Chapel (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay), Tuesday, February 22, 2022 from 3 to 6 PM. A memorial service will follow at 6 PM. Burial will be held later this summer in Paynesville, MI.

In lieu of flowers, memorials directed to Unity Hospice in Clara's name are appreciated.
