Catherine Lois Thiessen

Catherine Lois Thiessen, 81, a lifelong resident of Sturgeon Bay, passed away on June 20, 2026. She was born on August 31, 1944 to Rudolph and Amelia (Wisniewski) Thiessen.

Catherine graduated from Sturgeon Bay High School. She worked as an Income Maintenance Worker for Door County Social Services for many years. Catherine was incredibly hardworking and dedicated to her service to the community.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Per Catherine's wishes, no formal services will be held. She will be laid to rest in Bayside Cemetery in Sturgeon Bay, WI.
