Carol M. Pamperin, 82, of Green Bay, passed away on June 18, 2025. Carol was born on September 22, 1942 in Green Bay, she was the daughter of Harold and Rita (Oudeans) Martens.

Carol married Kenneth Pamperin on January 12, 1961 and they enjoyed 54 loving years of marriage and raised three children together before his passing on June 11, 2015. Carol worked at Gold Bond Ice Cream for about 20 years, and Elaine's House of Brides for 4 years.

Carol, along with Ken and family, enjoyed parking cars for the Packers games and meeting people from all over. For over 60 years, Carol and Ken enjoyed spending time at their cabins in Crivitz. The love of being up north is something they passed down through the generations to her children and grandchildren. One of Carol's greatest pleasures in life was spending time with her 5 grandchildren and her great-grandson, all whom affectionately called her "Crazy Grandma".

Carol is survived by her children, Christine Fisher, Keith (Scott Anderson) Pamperin and Carla (Scott Prochaska) Baeten; grandchildren: Alyssa and Erik Fisher, Jason and Jared (Marissah Robinson) Baeten, and Alex Prochaska; great-grandson, Ja'kobe Baeten; sisters: Judy Olson and Sandy Schmidt; sister-in-laws: Karen Roffers; Janice Smits; Diane Pamperin-Kulis; brother-in-law, Gene Menor; Carol is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other loved ones, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Ken's parents, Bernard and Florence (Massey) Pamperin; her brother, Ronald (Patsy) Martens; brother-in-laws: Michael Schmidt and Dale (Nancy) Pamperin; sister-in-law, Faye Menor; and son-in-law, Edward Fisher.

Family and friends may gather for visitation on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (340 S. Monroe Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301). A Funeral Ceremony will take place immediately following at 6:00 pm. Private family interment will take place at Nicolet Memorial Gardens at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation in honor of Carol to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or the Green Bay Humane Society.

The family would like to extend a thank you to the nurses for their compassionate and supportive care, and those who helped make Carol's last few years of life comfortable.
