Bradley Kenneth Besaw, 71, of Allouez, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2026 in his home with family by his side. He was born in Green Bay on July 2, 1954 to the late Roland and Elizabeth (Enderby) Besaw and later step-father Donald Amenson all of Green Bay.
Brad graduated from Southwest High School in 1973 and earned technical degrees in Auto Body Repair and Carpentry. He had a few different jobs over the years, but the bulk of his career was spent working for Kay Beer Distributing and as a proud salesman for Matco Tools. He had many hobbies including vehicle restoration, fishing, and camping, but Brad was most thrilled with his many years of participation in league golf and league pool, shooting for Cropsey's On State.
Brad celebrated over 30 years of loving partnership with his significant other Tina Vallier and she preceded him in death on January 19, 2023. He was welcomed to the afterlife by his late beloved Springer Spaniels Jack, Harry, and his cat, Bella. Brad is survived by his two sons: Shane Besaw; Nick (Amie) Besaw; and step-son William Scott Vallier, as well as his cherished grandchildren: Sierra and Nova. He is further survived by his sisters Donna (Mike) Besaw, and Debbie Besaw-Kerry; sister-in-law, Diane Besaw; step-siblings Tom (Anne) Amenson; Pat (Bill) Karlovitz; Peggy (Randy) Winkler; Steve (Kathy) Amenson; Pete (Mari) Amenson; Matt (Laura) Amenson and Tina’s siblings, Mike (Lisa) Monfort, and Sue (Todd) Wolf, as well as many nieces, nephews, and very close friends and their families.
In addition to Tina, Brad was preceded in death by his father, Roland Besaw; mother and step-father, Elizabeth & Donald Amenson; his brother, Rick Besaw; brother-in-law, Fred Kerry; step-sister Beth Amenson as well as Tina’s sister & husband Karen (Dick) Alexander. Brad also joined his best-friend of 60 years, Jeff Michiels, who passed away just three weeks prior to him.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Karissa, Danielle and Courtney of the Compassus Hospice team who not only designed Brad’s in-home plan of care but helped the family execute it, providing Brad with so much care, comfort, and dignity during his final journey.
