Listen to Obituary

Beverly Jean Coulter, age 91, passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 17, 2026, at Moraine Ridge Senior Living where she resided with her husband of 38 years, Edgar Stan Coulter.

Known affectionately as Bev by friends and family, she was born and lived most of her life in the Green Bay area. After high school, Bev traveled to California where she met her first husband, Wesley Goff, and created a family of five children. They relocated back to Green Bay in 1968, when Wesley served in the Marine Corp overseas, to be near Bev’s parents and sister’s family. They raised their family but divorced in 1984.

Bev met her current husband, Edgar Coulter, affectionately known as Stan, while on a work trip from Canada. He soon relocated to Green Bay, and they were married in 1988. Stan worked as a carpenter for the union for many years, and once retired, they traveled to Canada to visit his family, to Vancouver Island, Florida, Texas and California, spending many winters in the Rio Grande area of Texas. Bev and Stan had a very adventurous life, and loved and supported each other always, a true testament to a beautiful marriage.

Beverly is survived by her husband, Edgar Stan Coulter; her daughters, Sandra Mayasich of Minneapolis MN and Roxanne (Michael) Frick of Cedarburg WI; sons David Goff of Green Bay WI and Scott (Laura) Goff of Bradenton FL; her sister Janette VanEss; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren; and five stepchildren, including Sherry Coulter of Edmonton Alberta, Canada. She is preceded in death by her loving daughter, Valerie Jean Goff Acker; her parents, Walter and Frances Wagner; and her brother, Raymond Wagner.
