Barbara Selsmeyer

Barbara (Brusky) Selsmeyer, age 79, of Howard, WI, was reunited with her husband, Bill, in Heaven, Tuesday, November 21, 2023, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born in Shawano Co., daughter of the late Edwin and Anna (Tyczkowski) Brusky and was a graduate of Pulaski High School, Class of 1962.

Barb was united in marriage to Wilfred "Bill" Selsmeyer, June 10, 1967. They shared over 45 blessed years together before Bill passed away in December of 2012. Barb and Bill were co-owners of Olson Pattern, but Barb's primary role was as wife, mother and grandmother.

Barb had a soft spot in her heart for dogs and adored all of her furbabies: Maddie, Sammie, Sophie, Izzie and Jasper. She was happiest when her home was filled with her family and friends, sharing her love of cooking and entertaining.

Barbara is survived by her children, Jennifer (Brian) Priebe and Matthew Selsmeyer; 2 grandchildren, Alexander (Mikayla) Priebe and Emma Priebe and her 5 siblings: Joseph (Mary Jo) Brusky, Constance Brusky, Mary (Paul) Hinga, Claire Brusky and Edwin (Debra) Brusky. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held at St. John the Baptist Parish (2597 Glendale Ave., Howard, WI), Tuesday, November 28, 2023 from 10 AM to 12 NOON. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 12 NOON. To leave an online condolence for the family, please visit www.NewcomerGreenBay.com.
