Barbara "Barb" A. Reignier, age 79, of Mountain, WI, formerly of Green Bay, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2026. She was born on November 7, 1946 to the late Philip and Hilda Benes in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Barb was a proud graduate of Preble High School with the class of 1964. She then went on to continue her education and get a Bachelors Degree, before becoming a Gym Teacher for the Seymour School District. Barb cherished her time as a Gym Teacher, and loved working with all of the students over her 30+ year career. She met the love of her life, Arthur "Art" Reignier, and the couple was united in marriage on September 15, 1972. They were blessed with 47 years of loving marriage, before Art's passing on January 20, 2020. Together, Art and Barb raised his children, Michelle and Todd.
Art and Barb enjoyed traveling together, especially to their favorite destination, Ixtapa, Mexico. After retirement, the couple relocated to their beloved home in Mountain. Barb was a dedicated Packer fan, she and Art went to many games throughout the years, even the away games! She had a passion for softball, and enjoyed the years she spent playing for "The Diggers". And she could often be found in her flower garden, caring for all the plants she loved.
Barb is survived by her sister, Ann (Mike) Titel, her niece, Emilie Titel, her nephew, Nick (Rachel) Titel and their children, Elliott and Alex, and she is further survived by her cousins and beloved friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Art's children: Michelle and Todd Reignier, and their 5 beloved dogs: Toklat, Murphy, Alex, Max, and Chase.
She will be laid to rest with Art at Nicolet Memorial Gardens (2770 Bay Settlement Rd, Green Bay) on September 14, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Friends and Family are welcome to join for her committal service at the cemetery, we encourage them to arrive at least 15 minutes prior.
