Anita Carol Williams was born December 15, 1951 to the late Nathaniel and Beverly Ann Jean Williams.
Her interests were dancing and cooking.
She was preceded in death by Luetishie and Van Natta Williams (sisters) and her daughter Tia Denise Russell. She leaves to cherish her son Jonathan Russel; brother Nate Williams; three sisters: Beverly, Linda and Mabel Williams; four grandchildren: De'Sean Tyree Russell, Taliyah Jada Ninham, Julia Ameera and Josiah Russell; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
