Lorraine Marian Lillian "Granny" Lindbo, 89, of Coleman, died Friday, January 4, 2019 at Bellin Hospital, Oconto. The daughter of the late William and Ursula (DeGreef) Gillis was born July 12, 1929 in Green Bay, WI. She was married to Richard E. Lindbo, October 8, 1952 in Green Bay.

She was a hard-working homemaker and farmer until 1995 when they moved from their farm to Coleman. She remained a homemaker until recently. Lorraine greatly loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was an avid gardener, reader and baker and enjoyed being outside.

Surviving are her children: Barbara (Lee) McDonald, Denmark, Daniel (Jen Buss) Lindbo, Green Bay, Mark (Terri) Lindbo, Green Bay and Beverly Lindbo, Coleman; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; a brother, James Gillis, Pulaski and a sister, Evelyn (Cletus) Laabs, Green Bay. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Lindbo; her son, Jeffrey Lindbo; 3 brothers: Raymond, Charles and Russell Gillis and a sister, Marie Billodeau.

Lorraine's family will hold a celebration of life at a future date in 2019.
