1947 - 2015

Kathleen "Kitty" A. Auriemma, 68, passed away Sunday, August 9, 2015 at St. Vincent Hospital, surrounded by family and friends. She was born April 19, 1947 the daughter of the late Lloyd and Gennieve (Senger) Dashnier.

Kitty graduated from West High School in 1969. She worked for Fox Community Credit Union, the former Sunrise Credit Union for 16 years. Kitty loved her dog Kody. He was her companion after the loss of “The love of her life, John”. Kitty loved following the Packers, Cubs, and White Sox.

Kitty is survived by her brothers and sister; Michael (Barb) Dashnier, Patrick (Debbi) Dashnier, Peggy (James) Fonder, and Tim (Judy) Dashnier; special aunt, Jean Dashnier; sister-in-law, Janet Bonness; nephews, Jeremy (Julie) Dashnier, Shawn (Nicole) Dashnier, Chris (Crystal) Fonder; Ralph Bonness Jr., Bob (Melissa) Bonness, Ron Bonness; nieces, Tracy (BJ) Fleming, Shelly (Max) Nichol, Hope (Josh) Spice, Melissa Foley; great nieces and nephews, Tara and Tyler Dashnier, Tina Spice, Paul Fonder, Dylan, Cody and Rebekah Foley, Hunter, Lukas, Storm and Winter Fonder, Josh Bonness, Brianna Dreves; great-great niece, Gracelyn Dreves; special cousins, Don (Mary) Dashnier, Steve (Mary) Dashnier; special extended family, Eva Buss, Dan, Sara, Julia, and Drew Hale.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Auriemma; daughter, Lisa Marie; her parents; uncle, Dick Dashnier; nieces, Dawn Spade, Tina Marie Dashnier; mother-in-law, Grace Bajko; father-in-law, Sam Auriemma; step-father-in-law, John Bajko Jr.; brother-in-law, Ralph Bonness Sr.; maternal grandparents and paternal grandparents.
Friends and relatives may call at the NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, (340 S. Monroe Avenue, Green Bay) on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 from 4 to 6:45 PM. A funeral service will follow at 7 PM. Entombment will be in Allouez Catholic Mausoleum.

The family would like to express their gratitude and appreciation to St. Vincent Hospital 4IMCU, and especially, Dr. AJ, Sarah, Katie and Sister Monica and Unity Hospice.
