Carol A. Woerner, age 78, of Cecil, passed away peacefully, Thursday, December 14, 2017. She was born July 13, 1939 in Milwaukee, WI, daughter of the late Joseph and Ann Tuska.

Carol married Ed Woerner, October 8, 1960 in Milwaukee and together they shared 57 loving years together and raised 5 children.

Carol enjoyed gardening and doing anything outdoors with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed cleaning and took great pride in her cleaning business. Her grandchildren will most fondly remember her for her arts and crafts that they did together. They will also dearly miss her unique sense of humor, which they all inherited and use on a daily basis.

Carol is survived by her husband, Ed; 5 children: Kathy O'Dell, Sue Woerner, Sharon (Ron) Rotter, Jean (special friend, Jeff Herald) Woerner and Don Woerner; 8 grandchildren: Jason Woerner, Danielle O'Dell, Chris Woerner, Kaellen O'Dell, Danielle Woerner, Nicole Rotter, Loren Woerner and Brooke Rotter and a great-granddaughter, Loralynn Cayemberg. She is further survived by an aunt, Alice and numerous nieces, nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Judy and Marian; a brother, Jerry and a nephew, Reid Tuska.

Private services will be held by Carol's family at a later date.

Carol's family would like to extend a special thank you to Unity Hospice as well as the staff at Green Bay Health Services for their care and support. They would also like to thank the staff at Bellin Oncology and Dr. Bongiorno's office for their exceptional care.
