Patricia "Trish" Ann Swiecichowski, 51, of Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 18, 2017.

She was born on July 24, 1965 in Green Bay, to John & Shirley Hyer.

Trish attended Green Bay East High School. She was on the Northern Step Drill State Champion Team.

She worked at Bornemann's Nursing Home for 20 years.

Trish loved Wisconsin Badger's Football, camping and dancing, she was a great listener, very giving, and loved to plan parties. Above all else, she loved her grandkids. She was a member of NA which is a group of individuals who help each other. She was an activist for animals, including Paws for Claws.

Survivors include her husband, John Sr.; children, Josh (Vanessa) Hyer, John Swiecichowski Jr., Alexander Swiecichowski, and Stormy Swiecichowski; grandchildren, Emmah and Easton; mother, Shirley Hyer; siblings, Lynn Hyer, John (Sandy) Hyer, Andy (Jill) Hyer; in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father, John "Toby" Hyer; two infant siblings, Antoinette and Nana Marie.

Visitation will be held from 3:30 pm until 6:30 pm on Monday, May 22, 2017, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 340 S. Monroe Avenue, Green Bay. A memorial service will be held at 6:30 pm on Monday.
