To the family of George Solcz. Dan and I didn’t get to know you and George very long. The times that we had going out to eat and getting involved with talking about our fur baby’s was a great time. Our prayers are with you and George’s family. Sincerely Dan and Sue Dekeyser.

Marianne and I have just learned of George’s death and want to extend our deepest sympathy to you and your family. We know sympathy is only a small consolation, even from the hearts of those who share your sorrow but want you to know how deeply George’s loss is felt. We truly enjoyed our time with George over the years – he will be missed and remembered fondly.
Please let us know if there is anything we can do.
Marianne & Brian

Lou and I have many great memories spending weekends at Dog Shows with Sandy and George, traveling with our motor homes. We met in 1996 and Sandy handled our Doberman's for us. We all had many great meals together every weekend either cooking out or going to assorted restaurants. George was a laid back, quiet sort of guy and we will miss him. I can only imagine the reunion of George with all his beloved Dobermans that passed before him. Condolences to you Sandy and to your extended family.

Fond memories of George and Sandy as neighbors. We would run into them at the old Redwood Inn quite often for chicken. Also bowled with George at Golden Bowl.

To George’s family, As a young officer sworn in in 1978 I was given George’s badge, #31. When we had a chance meeting we would address each other by badge number 31. I always enjoyed or meetings. I’m in Fla with a few other GBPD retirees. While sitting around a camp fire this week we talked about officers that went before us. We all agreed George was a great guy. My God’s love help you through this time. Ken & Mary Gehm

Living in NYC as George’s younger cousins, I remember how happy we were when George would take us for rides in his 1954 Ford, sometimes to the amusement park, sometimes just for ice cream. We were sad when George moved to Green Bay. All was better when he returned for a visit and gave us rides in his new 1960 Corvette! Rest In Peace, George.
~ Frank Solcz - March 16, 2023
Rest in peace George. God bless your family.
